Privacy
The contact form is the only place on this site where you give us anything. There are no cookies, no analytics, and no third-party scripts on any page. This notice says what we receive, what we do with it, what we never do with it, and how to have it removed.
Who processes it
Brume Agency, a five-person web studio based in Prague, Czech Republic. Write to contact@brume.agency for anything on this page. That address reaches the people who hold the data, not a support desk.
What the form collects
- Your name, as you type it.
- One way to reach you: an email address, a Telegram handle, or a phone number. You choose which.
- The project type you pick from the list.
- Your message.
- That you ticked the consent box, which is what makes the send button work.
That is the whole list. The form asks for nothing else, and there is no hidden field carrying anything we have not named here.
What the server sees
Two technical things, and neither is stored by us. Your IP address is counted in memory for ten minutes so one machine cannot submit the form fifty times, then it is gone. The number of seconds between the form opening and the send is checked, because a submission filled in under three seconds is a bot. Neither value is written to a database, and we do not run one.
Where it goes
Straight into a Telegram chat owned by the agency and read by the people who would answer you. We use no third-party form service, no CRM, and no mailing platform, so your message passes through exactly two companies on the way: Vercel, which hosts the site and processes the connection, and Telegram, which delivers the message. Both are outside the EEA, which means your data leaves it. Nothing else touches it.
Why we are allowed to hold it
Two grounds under the GDPR, and no others. Your consent, given by the tick box, which you can withdraw at any time. And the steps taken at your request before a contract: you asked for a price and a timeline, and answering that is what the message is for.
What we do with it
We read it, we answer you, and we quote the work. If the project goes ahead, the thread becomes the record of what was agreed. That is the entire purpose.
What we never do with it
- We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside the studio.
- We do not add you to a mailing list. There is no newsletter to be added to.
- We do not use it for advertising, retargeting, or lookalike audiences.
- We do not build a profile of you or score you automatically.
- We do not feed it to an AI model, ours or anyone else's, for training.
- We do not publish it. A project on this site appears only with the client's word.
How long we keep it
For as long as the conversation is useful. An enquiry that does not turn into a project is deleted from the chat within twelve months. A project that goes ahead keeps its thread for as long as the working relationship does, and it goes when you ask for it to go.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to stop using it, object to us holding it, or withdraw the consent you gave. Write to contact@brume.agency. No form to fill in, no reason required, and an answer inside 30 days, which is the limit the GDPR sets and not a target we invented.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to a data protection authority: the Czech one is the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, and you may also go to the authority in the country you live in.
What we do to keep it safe
The site runs over HTTPS. The form posts to our own endpoint, which validates every field before it does anything with it. The credentials that reach Telegram live in environment variables and never in the code. There is no database to breach, no export to lose, and no account for you to create.
Tracking, in one line
None. This site sets no cookies at all, runs no analytics, loads no advertising pixel, records no sessions, and makes no request to a third-party domain. The fonts and the images are served from this domain, which is why your visit is not reported to anyone.
The one thing your browser stores
Your choice of language, and only once you use the EN / RU switch. It is written to this site's local storage under one key, it stays on your device, it is never sent to us or to anyone else, and it holds nothing but the two letters. Until you press that switch nothing is stored at all: a first visit picks a language from the language your browser asks for, reads it, and writes nothing down. Clearing your site data removes it.
Changes
If what we do changes, this page changes with it and the date below moves. Anything that affects what we already hold gets a message to the address you gave us, not a silent edit.
